Personal checks and money orders must clear before we can send you the virtual tour files. PayPal eCheck Payments must be cleared from the sender's account before your files will be send. It usually takes 5 business days for PayPal eCheck Payments to clear. You will receive a notification from us as soon as your order is processed. We can not be responsible for glitches in the PayPal processing system.
