Ordering a tour is a simple process.

1. Put your order through our order section or call 604-328-6226(Lower mainland) or 250-585-2628 (Vancouver Island).

2. Our representatives will provide you with the necessary information and set up an appointment at your earliest convenience.

3. Prepare your property for the virtual tour(see property preparation below).

4. A photographer will come and take the pictures. On average the pictures will take between 30 and 90 minutes depending on the property size.

5. 2 to 3 days after we will activate your tour online or send you the URL link of your tour.

6. View your tours, increase your traffic and receive some nice comments from your customers.

Virtual Tour Preparation

To get the most out of your virtual tour, it is crucial to take the time to
prepare your property. You must clean and organize the property so it is in
its best showing condition. The photographer will not be responsible for preparing
the property, so please take the time to follow these suggestions:

1) Declutter

Clear miscellaneous items from kitchen counters, refrigerators (take off magnets), tables and shelves.

Put away any personal items, such as photos, books and magazines, children’s toys, and toiletries. If exterior photos are being taken, move any bicycles or vehicles out of sight.

Cleaning products should be hidden in cupboards or closets (Interior: soap, brooms, garbage cans; Exterior: gardening tools, lawn mowers, garbage cans)

2) Clean

Clean windows and screens (pictures may be taken of an outside view).

Wipe down counters and shelves.

Freshly mow grass and clean walkways (for a boat: wipe down the exterior).

3) Beautify

Add flowers, plants or fruit.

Turn on all lights for the photographer (replace bulbs if needed).
